Everything runs true to size unless the product page says otherwise. XS fits a 61 to 66 cm waist, S fits 66 to 71, M fits 71 to 79, L fits 79 to 89, XL fits 89 to 99 and XXL fits 99 to 109.
Between two sizes on a legging, size down for more compression. On outerwear, size up if you layer.
Yes. That is what the 60 day wear trial is for. Train in it, wash it, put it through a real week. If it does not hold up, send it back for a full refund.

Cold wash, inside out, with like colours. Line dry. Skip fabric softener entirely, it coats the fibre and kills both the wicking and the stretch recovery.
We do, and we would rather repair than replace. Send it in with a note and we will fix seams, zips and small tears free within the first two years.
