Return & refund policy
7-day returns on sealed items
Changed your mind? Any product with its original seal intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 3–5 working days — as a bank transfer or store credit, your choice.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Email us an unboxing photo or video within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the item free of charge, including courier costs. This is why we always recommend a quick unboxing video.
What can't be returned
- Opened or used skincare, makeup and haircare (hygiene rules — the same ones that protect you as a buyer)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products returned without prior confirmation by email
Shipment policy
Timelines
Orders confirmed before 4pm dispatch the same or next working day. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in major cities and up to 6 in remote areas. You'll receive the courier tracking number by SMS or email at dispatch.
Charges
Flat Rs.199 nationwide. Free delivery on orders of Rs.3,000 or more.
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone or email before dispatch. Orders we can't confirm within 3 days are cancelled automatically — nothing is charged, because nothing was paid.
A note on your data
We collect only what delivery requires: name, phone, address. We never sell or share your details, and newsletter emails always carry a working unsubscribe link.
